List Of Training Courses

1. Non Destructive Testing (NDT)

NDT Training will include the classroom theory, on job or dummy job practical and specification of national & international.

All Below NDT methods have following level of training course will be granted to requester:

Level I – Training, exam and certification

Level ll – Training, exam and certification

Level III – Refresher course

Below is list of NDT Methods of training at M-tsf but not limited:

a). Electromagnetic Testing

Electromagnetic Testing (ET), as a form of non-destructive testing, is the process of inducing electric currents or magnetic fields or both inside a test object and observing the electromagnetic response. If the test is set up properly, a defect inside the test object creates a measurable response.

b). Liquid Penetrant Testing

Penetrant testing (PT), is a widely applied and low-cost inspection method used to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials.

c). Magnetic Particle Testing

Magnetic particle Inspection (MPI) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) process for detecting surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials such as iron, nickel, cobalt, and some of their alloys.

d). Radiological Testing

Radiation absorption by material is different for different materials. The radiation that passes through the part will expose the film & forms a shadowgraph of the part.

e). Ultrasonic Testing

Sound velocity have different in different material and reflect from any interface of two medium.

f). Visual Testing

Testing by human eye with or without help of equipment. Visual testing is oldest method on NDE testing.

2. Other Training

a). Welding Inspection

M-tsf offer Visual Welding Inspection course training. The training of nature as below :-

a. CSWIP

Preparatory course and examination for weld inspection as per BS EN ISO 17637.

b. AWS

Preparatory course and examination for weld inspection as per American Welding Society.

b). Positive Material Inspection

M-tsf also provide training to personnel for Positive material testing for different material.

c). Hardness Testing

M-tsf provide training to personnel for Hardness testing for different material.

Note: Training and certification will be as per different National and inter nation specification and codes.

2. Destructive Testing

We are in progress to provide material destructive testing ASAP.

Training Facility At M-tsf Office

Training will provide at fixed time schedule for required course duration. Training schedule will be uploading on website. Course will include the classroom training and practical training related to course.

Training Facility At Requested Organisation Or Place

Organisation can request the training schedule at their facility from M-tsf. Training request shall include the details of requirement or inquiry.
